Imported Parts Warehouse will warranty any part that fails during normal use, due to a defect of manufacture, for a period of one year, unlimited mileage. The longer warranty offered by some manufacturers of course extends this period of time warranted by the manufacturer. Some "eps premium" parts, both new and rebuilt have a longer warranty period. This warranty covers only parts that fail because of a manufacturing defect and will not apply if a part is shown to have failed due to neglect, incorrect installation, incorrect application, abuse or misuse. Most importantly, this warranty will not apply to any part that cannot be determined to have failed, such as electrical or fuel injection parts, without verification from a certified mechanic. The reason for this is obvious, as occasionaly parts, especially electrical and fuel injection parts, are purchased and installed based on an incorrect diagnosis. Since the original part was not bad, the new part will not change anything, and it is possible that some customers may try to warranty the part, since they really do not need it. No warranty will be accepted under these circumstances until final determination is made by the manufacturer. Imported Parts Warehouse reserves the right to accept or deny any warranty based on the previous statements. We sincerely desire to be fair, we only ask that our customers be the same.

Any warranty of a part by Imported Parts Warehouse will be limited to the replacement of the original part and this in no way holds Imported Parts Warehouse accountable for any labor costs to replace the defective part, nor will Imported Parts Warehouse be held liable for any damage, or subsequent costs of repair, that may have occurred due to the failure of the defective part.

Used parts, because of their inherent nature, will be warranted for a period of 90 days after purchase. This warranty allows only for the replacement of the used part with another used part, and all factors binding Imported Parts Warehouse to this warranty, as listed above, also apply to used parts.
