LIABILITY

Imported Parts Warehouse makes every effort to insure the accuracy of our parts listings. This also applies to the accuracy of the information provided by our customers. Because of the possibility of incorrect information supplied by a customer, possible errors in the parts listings, mispackaging by the manufacturer or our vendor, and, or the possibility of changes made by the car manufacturer during production, no liability shall be accepted by Imported Parts Warehouse for the exchange of an incorrect part if it has been installed. This also holds free from liability Imported Parts Warehouse for any damages incurred or costs incurred for removal of the incorrect part or installation of the correct part.

All parts should be compared for correctness to the old part. Failure to compare the new and old parts for correctness is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and, or installer. Failure to do so in no way holds Imported Parts Warehouse liable for the resulting consequences. If there is any doubt about the correctness of any part, please call for assistance. The telephone call is free, and "better safe than sorry" has always been a wise admonition.
